They could make the glasses per my Doctors script and not take 3 weeks to re do them. They are a rip off, You get better service from an online store and they will fit better

Phenomenal customer service ! In and out super quick. And both pairs of glasses came in 6 days early. Hunter was super helpful when it came to choosing my first pair of sunglasses. We spoke about how much time I spend on the lake and he helped me pick the perfect pair. I will definitely be back !

Terrible. They completely try to double talk you and buckle n dime you. They try to double talk you. Watch them. Awful went right to Walmart optical and got excellent service. Straight talk and saved over 200.00. Less than 1 they get a -1.
I very unsatisfied with the service. I can't read clearly with my eyeglasses. I m going to ask for my money I paid for the Ray Ban. I didn't get my prescription neither. I will never return to America Best.
If there were less than one star rating this place would get it. Totally unprofessional. My husband had an apt. We were caught in traffic and called 30 minutes before the apt to let them know we might be late. The guy on the phone grunted (literally) and said it was fine. We arrived 11 minutes late and we're ignored for the first 5 minutes of standing there while 3 employees played around laughing and talking. Finally one girl says "what do they want ". And another girl proceeded to tell us the apt would have to be reschedul... read more
