I had an eye exam appt in Aug for glasses & contacts. The Dr rushed through the eye exam. My eyeglass px was wrong and my trial lenses were mixed up. I had to see the eye doctor a 2nd time for him to fix it and again was rushed through and he acted super annoyed with me. Guess what? Contact and eyeglass prescriptions are STILL wrong. Trial lenses are the wrong diameter/ BC and my eyeglasses now feel like I’m looking through bottles. I like America’s Best & have been a loyal customer for years. I had an eye exam appt Aug 31st for glasses and contacts. The Dr exam was rushed. My contact trial lenses were mixed up and my eyeglasses were way too strong. I had to see the eye doctor a 2nd time for him to fix my prescription and again was rushed through and he acted annoyed. Both are STILL wrong. Waited a little long, but overall, the staff/doctor were great.
Front desk was friendly and helpful. The doctor made me feel like I was bothering him and could not understand him, like as if he was whispering. And it’s as if he had no clue what answers to give me of my concerns. Not welcoming at all!! Then at checkout, the lady was DEFINITELY on something. She could barely keep her eyes open and took forever to check me out. Slurred speech and all! Just an overall terrible experience. I will NOT be back!!! Such a disappointing visit and I came all the way from Opelousas!

I’m a new client. I live in new Iberia & received very bad service from a eye vision here and was Recommended to America’s best by my clientele @ the hair salon I work at.I’m so glad I went. Workers were very welcoming and helpful even helped me picked out a Vera Bradley pair of glasses. Y’all are the best thanks for being so friendly and welcoming
Hands down the best location I was well taken care of as soon as I walked in Mrs Kimberly helped me the whole time and Mrs Becca sweetest lady’s and customer service was on point !!! For a person that didn’t know what they were doing they really made me feel comfortable and taught me a few things and I thank u lady’s for that !!!!!!
