Don't waste your time here. No customer service. So unless you want to be treated like trash don't go to this store.
Didn't care that I couldn't get a price quote|estimate without getting eye exam. Also selection was bland and not a lot of styles. Staff member was impatient with me and check out was confusing
Staff was very pleasant and friendly. The doctor was courteous. The facility was inviting. Plenty of seats in the waiting area. I felt comfortable and we'll taken care of. My questions were answered where understood and satisfied.
Well I was advised my glasses would take 7 to 10 days to come in. I stopped by there on the 7th day because I was in the area. I was advised mine were on the list to arrive today but their delivery had not arrived as yet. I waited for about an hour (my choice and not an issue). I left and returned a little later and was advised they still had not arrived. The store was empty of customers so I advised I would wait a little longer. I would not recommend this place to anyone ,I had a bad experience with one of the people she is horrid and got in touch with the district manager and I the asst manager Holly both I have to say are very nice people .But in the end the product was not worth the time going back . VERY VERY UNHAPPY AND WON'T BE BACK
