they do everything right there, ir was a smooth process and they're very friendly
Very efficient with the process of getting you through the eye exam. I brought both my preteen/ teen boys and we never sat for more than a few minutes. The staff didn't pressure you into purchasing services or add ons, just made suggestions. Very helpful with insurance and finding what was the best deal to maximize your purchase. I highly recommended!
Three months after getting my eye exam I received a $180 bill due to the fact that the doctor at the north Lakeland location wasn’t contracted with for my insurance provider. Beware if you’re a Publix employee might happen to you also. 👎🏻
Everyone is so nice and make sure you are taken care of in a timely manor.
