I just walked into this store to buy a pair of glasses and was highly disappointed with the customer service. I walked in the Fairless Hills location were three young ladies (employees) were chatting at the front desk, not one of them looked up or acknowledged me when I entered the store. Went there yesterday 9/21/17 to get contacts never wore em before had Kennedy working with me she was AWESOME had a lot of patience with me
Was rude to me when I told them bifocals were blurry made me feel little kept saying i was looking wrong took glasses home and yup still blurry had a long wait to manger seemed frazzled and they didn't fit my frames to my face wish i could return them

I went to my local America's Best today (Fairless Hills, PA) to get my sons glasses fixed. Assuming they had a warranty, which I have already had to use on my daughters glasses a few years back. Well, unfortunately I hadn't purchased the warranty. The gentleman working there could sense my frustration with myself for not having the warranty and my frustration with my kids for the broken glasses. Last year I purchased 2 pairs of glasses. I had all the extras added. I had problems a couple of times. The staff was awesome in helping me solve problems. The have now replaced both pairs of glasses almost a year later. I couldn't be happier with the product or service. Customer for life
Today I had a very pleasant experience at Americas Best Contacts & Eyeglasses 110 Lincoln Hwy, Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania. Well last week I cracked the glass in my shades. Took a ride up there and ordered a lens at no charge. Got a call yesterday & took another ride up there today & they had new set of shades for me. VERY COOL !!!!! Customer service does live. Thank you guys very much !!!!
