RecommendedAwesome service thru out the office, from exam to fitting. Recently I damage my glasses and was easily repaired, today went back fr some minor adjustments and was greeted with the same professionalism as always. I can not recommend America Best and especially this location in Fairless Hills/Langhorne , PA
After 16 BUSINESS DAYS, I still don't have my glasses and evidently the order has not yet been started. On Monday, Oct 7, I contacted America's Best by private message and was assured a district manager would reach out to me. That never happened. I am dissatisfied enough that I am using every possible public forum and social media account to give others an accurate description of my experience.
To expensive and the Dr didn't seem to care about the people waiting for him to show up.
Very nice and helpful. But frame selection is very limited.
Had to go visit another doctor and pay for the exam out of pocket. America’s Best Gave me a prescription that was too strong for my eyes and lenses that were cheap, thick and didn’t fit my eye. Woman on the phone at the store was so rude. NEVER again. Support local businesses.
Moorestown nj . .By far the worst place to go for glasses . I had 100 percent coverage on my glasses and yet say there and told me my vision is speciality so nothing lenses is covered on my insurance. Yet they are single lenses just thick cause of vision specs. .they refused to do anything after i found out I could of easily got a free pair of glasses through my insurance . .I called back demanding my money and to refile claim or whatever and lady basically told me oh well this is what u got and u paid for it. . .last time I... read more
I truly enjoy coming here. The selection is fabulous and the Doctor is always efficient. Some of the staff could be more customer friendly. There is one woman there who is amazing. She has helped me every time I go in there to pick out my glasses and ring them up. She has curly blonde hair. She is always so nice and personable.
