I received a prescription from this store a little over a year ago. I was unable to get a new eye exam in the last 3 months because of my daughter being in the hospital Now that the store is closed the doctor refuses to just let me get I new pair of glasses since mine broke with my script from 15 months ago. I guess me not being able to see at all is safer than just giving me a new pair of glasses

terrible customer service. had to get a refund and have been waiting 2 weeks and still no refund. seem to get the run around and excuses from main office. local office unable to do much. will never go back.

I've had nothing but a good experience with America's Best Contacts. But they are kinda pushy with trying to get extra stuff that I don't want. But they didn't change my mind, got exactly what I wanted.
I had a good experience from the appointment to exam. However, I went for my appointment on Sat, Jan 27th. All GREAT by the way and on Feb 2nd my glasses are in. I went to pick them up and I could not see out of them. Come to find out the new employee entering my information entered my prescription as a positive instead of a negative. Whatever, this happens. Never going to America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. I bought 2 pairs of glasses there. Both of which had cheap joins that broke just by opening your glasses up to put them on. I went back to the store today to complain and see if they could do something....anything. The lady there just sat there giving me a "I could give 2 shits about your glasses" face. All she told me was to buy new glasses. I asked her "why so they too can break and I'm back here in 6 month?" and she shrugged. What shitty customer service.
