I normally love everything about Americas Best, but on Thursday their computers were down and EVERYTHING took twice as long. I almost starved to death waiting for the wonderful girl helping me to manually write everything up. Made me crazy and I thought they were were going to lose it too but they kept their cool.
I let my prescription run out and was out of contacts. They got me in fast and were so gracious and helpful. Dr. Thomas was excellent. He was a blessing to speak with and made a simple eye exam one of the best conversations I've had in a while. I didn't even realize I was seeing blurry. He recommended a different contact that works great. I have the 3 year plan with them and have always been more than pleased.
