I’ve NEVER had such an unprofessional experience with ANY health service/business. I made appointments for my entire family two weeks in advance and confirmed them via the text messages from America’s Best. Two days before the actual appointment, (which my husband had to reschedule meetings around) I received a phone call telling me that our appointments could not be honored. Ordered contacts and glasses. Glasses are in and when I call about my contacts that should have been there a month ago, all I get is attitude. Very unprofessional. My experience was pre Coronavirus so there’s no reason my contacts should not have come in even though they were paid for.

For the second time, my husband showed up to his exam appointment only to be told the doctor took off for the rest the day. Then, they proceeded to tell him that he “could come tomorrow” cause he’ll be there then. People make appointments for a reason and my husband was unable to come tomorrow. Definitely won’t be coming back since appointments don’t seem to be priority.
We waited and waited they never spoke never even attempted to speak to us when they did she said just have a sit we will be with you after 6 before you.What we walked out. Next time at least say Hello look around while you wait.
They kept getting my information messed up on their site. I had to call customer service 4 to get it straight and still nothing. They had my name with someone else’s DOB and phone number. Then I got disconnected the 4th time I called. Walmart is cheaper anyway. Lesson learned.
the ladies are great and very knowledgeable
Very nice place, very clean and organized, not over booked. I got my eye examed and two pair of glasses ordered for less than $74.
Bea was absolutely amazing! Great customer service! Very helpful.
