Very unwelcoming energy. The woman I spoke to was slumped over with her head in her hands and made it very obvious that she had no desire to help my son and I. Prices are great, especially for kids glasses, but poor customer service. We went elsewhere and had a great experience.

I entered the office and was asked if I had insurance and gave them my card. The receptionist asked a few questions about it, which I answered to the best of my ability. I then proceeded to fill out paperwork, since I was a new patient when she approached me saying I had no vision insurance and that I could either call my insurance company, leave, or pay in full without insurance.
