So we walked in to the office today; we weren't greeted by any of the 4 or more employees. We walked to the check-in desk and explained that we would like to look at frames. We were then asked if we have RX's we said yes she then said well we can't do anything without a copy! We responded okay well could we look for frames and have our papers faxed over Monday? She said sure, that is the last thing that anyone said to us for 20 minutes!! Not one person offered to help us find a pair that fit correctly! They all sat and talke... read more
Great staff. Awesome prices. My husband and I love America's Best.
Was not please with the doctor on staff, my appointment was 12:40 and my son was 12:50 we didn't get seen we sat there til 3:00 then I left the staff apologized several times for the lateness but it was their fault.
Very displeased with the amount of time it has taken to actually receive my glasses. I will never go back to Americas best
They were very friendly. From the moment I walked in the door they were right there willing to help. The doctor had a very good bed side manner and was very thorough. The price was with in my budget and the glasses I chose were cheaper then most other places.
I'll try to be polite. The wait time is extremely long, just to be seen. Though the staff was nice enough, it took a month for my second pair of glasses to come in and never once did anyone call me back, as promised, to let me know when they got there. I literally had to call every couple of days to check on them. You get what you pay for.
I really love how the staff was helpfull and the eye doctor. I really don't like my second pair I picked out bit I guess I have to live with the decision.
Had a wonderful visit with my daughter. We will definitely be back.
I went in to get my glasses looked at and repaired. I got them somewhere else so I fully expected to pay. A bald man came over to assist me, I told him I needed my glasses fixed. I had put tape around the arm to hold it until I could get something done. He asked where did you get these, I told him and he said there is nothing I he could do I would need new frames. I asked how he could tell, he replied transparent tape, I didn't push it but I could barely see and I could tell there was no way he could see through the tape. I ... read more
