Myself and both of my kids had a great experience and the prices can not be beat!!! A super EXTRA thank you to Ron, Sara and Alex for the extra HOURS....yes hours of attention to my son-his first time handling contacts proved to be more challenging than anticipated! You guys rock!!!!!
The staff were all friendly and helpful, I got in and out fairly quickly as well. They have a large selection of frames to choose from so you're sure to find the right pair. I have zero complaints about this business and I recommend to anyone!
My first visit I was in and out of there very quickly and warmly greeted! After reading the reviews I wasn't quite sure what I would find, however I am very very pleased with my experience there. I just picked up my new glasses now and was in and out of there again quickly! Love my new glasses! I will be back again! Thank you!
The worst retail store I have been unlucky enough to deal with. Terrible service because the employees who are there to serve have no idea what to do with a customer who bought glasses. The woman who gave me my glasses didn't fit them to my face, didn't know that it's part of getting glasses and a very important part of the transaction. I had to ask that she fit them and she didn't. Please hire people who know something about eyes, glasses, interpersonal skills, what to do about lenses that make the customer dizzy. Will neve... read more
Staff was excellent!. If you have a higher script and want to keep the thin lenses it will cost more then the advertised price. I recommend joining the club, but just be aware you still got to pay for the current exam if your getting contacts. It's the next 3 years u get the free ones.
