I never usually write reviews, but my recent experience with the manager at this establishment was extremely disappointing. Her rudeness is unacceptable, and I'm shocked she's in a management position. This is my second negative encounter with her. The rest of the staff has been friendly, but the manager's behavior is a major issue. The first time, she pressured me after only 15 minutes, making an appointment for me for the following week because I was having trouble putting in my contact lenses. They don’t honor your appointment although you’re early and paperwork all filled out. Ignored by staff as I sit in waiting room And they take walk ins versus me with an appointment. Waste of my time leaving work early for this unprofessional staff.
This is the absolute most dreamy office that anyone could dream of. If I’m being honest, I’ve never had an issue with this office. The staff is very professional. They have empathy and they are very kind. Doctor Sun and, the front desk staff is amazing and Jeanette and Maribel and Samantha and Arlene and Jerry are the best that you ever can come across.
