My rant/ experience of this place... 🤬😤 I’m not going to be one of those people that tells you not to go to this place. I’m just going to share my experience here. I should have figured the people were very unorganized and couldn’t really pin point where I should head next. I waited 1/2 an hour to get checked in and another hour to see the doctor. Got there 10 minutes early for my appointment got in 25 minutes after appointment time. They rushed me through my exam so fast that my head was spinning. I won’t be back, will go to a professional optometrist next time.
Love this place and love not paying ridiculously high prices. Great selection of $69.95 frames. Got a cute pair that I love. My husband had a positive experience as well. We will definitely go there again!
First time there and the staff was very helpful. Tracy helped us and found us the best deal. She was very helpful and friendly. I’ll be sure and have her help us in the future.
I changed locations after I didn't like the service in the grandville location. Alice helped me pick out cute glasses. My glasses were cheap but I wanted to add on stuff � also got trial contacts more breathable and joined the eyeglass club (discounts). Will be back!
