I bought my glasses here over 2 years ago & I needed to have my glasses fixed (glass come off frame & the nose holders were green) & the other pair were stretched out. So they fixed both for Free which was nice. I was in & out that quick.
Misdiagnosed me. Wearing wrong glasses for a year thanks to them.
I have had my last 2 eye exams here, and contrary to other posts the exam was included in the overall cost. My last 2 pr of glasses prior to the most recent were great. One pr I recently purchased, the frame is not working but America's Best is making it right! Brad and Rose have been more than patient with my adjustment. The 2nd pr is great!

They don't what they're doing. I almost got an eye exam and was charged for it after being told that I could get one with my insurance. I have to wait until April and was told January over the phone. It sucks when people waste your time because they don't take the time to check.
Eye glasses didn't feel right visually, I was told to try for 24 hours and come back. You didn't even try to figure out what was wrong, your answer was just refund my $ Your customer service sucks! If I ran my business like this, I would be out of business! Never coming back or using an Americas Best ever! Should be named Americas Worst!
