I have been going here for 20+ years and now my family does as well, but they have been without a doctor for months. We just paid for the eye care club for my daughter last year and are going to have to take her somewhere else to have her eye exam. They won’t refund any money for the eye care club which is useless without a doctor. Their suggestion is for us to drive over an hour to another location for an eye exam!
I have been trying to get an appointment since March and they have yet to hire a doctor. I’m a member of the eye club and would have to drive over an hour just to get an eye exam. Definitely will not get my business anymore.
Great Staff, excellent selection of frames, very impressed over all!
