I've had 2 scheduled appt and each time I have had to wait over an hour. Never doing business with them again.
We went in to get my husband glasses and no one even offered to help. We looked around and picked a couple pair and waited and waited at the counter while the 2 workers were on the computers. Not once did they look up or offer help. As a customer, we should be offered help, especially when we are standing right in front of you. We put the frames down and made a comment that they must make too much money to help everyone. We were there for over 20 minutes and we were the only customers there at the time. Bethany was a great help with my insurance co issue I had and Chealsea was most helpfull in the selection of my new glasses and was a wizard with helping me get more bang for my buck and her knowledge of the computer system was incredible a+ work ladies
Friendly staff, good selection of frames and the glasses arrived at the store around the expected time. Check em out when you need new eyes!
