At first our experience with this company was great. Good doctors great service, so much so that I had started to recommend them to friends a lot. However, yesterday my husband went to go get his glasses dispensed and was treated quite rudly by both staff and manager. My husband has an exemption to the mandates due to a disability. His disability is visible, he has a copy of the exemption per the Govenor always on his phone so he can educate when questioned. Recommendedhelpful doctor they found a mole in my eye and my doctor will be watching it's progress, and the glasses customer service persons are sweet, helpful, smart & making sure there customers are safe w/ this whole Covid19 stuff...

0/5 stars. Called for a price check. A price check. I was never even a customer. They had pulled ALL of my authorizations. Eye exam, glasses, literally everything they could they pulled authorization on. What does this mean? When the place I actually booked an appointment at went to check authorization the night before my appointment, we had to scramble to get it fixed. In the middle of a pandemic and they don't know when they will be open for regular exams and they won't give me my prescription because it expired 30 days ago. I won't be going back.
Great first experience. Love my glasses and contacts. The staff was friendly and professional. Lots of smiles and laughs.
Honestly I've been to the store once and it was a good experience. Friendly and helpful workers. However now that I need to order contacts I'm getting the run around. I recently moved to Washington and had already join the club. So when I called to order contacts I was told I needed to go in and be rechecked then I was told oh we are waiting for the previous store to fax your file over. The actual eye drs there are amazing. The ladies who work the front desk are rude and not personable.
Would do business with again!! I was very satisfied as was my wife. I haven't been able to see this well in YEARS!!
