I tried to order some new glasses on America’s Best without getting a new eye exam because my eyes haven’t changed. My child broke one pair and I don’t like the pair I’m wearing now. They “legally” won’t let me get new ones. I’m not going in and putting my face on something everyone else around here puts their face on during a pandemic. RecommendedI use to pay over $500 for a pair of glasses & eye check up. Since coming to Ambest, I've paid half that and I get contacts, bifocals & bifocal sunglasses along with doctor visit. the folks here treat me so well & very nice. I've been coming here for years.

Last year was not a great experience. Gave them a second chance. was even worse experience this year. They are unorganized and clueless. only one that knew what she was doing was the lady doing the pre eye test. She performed them both visit. Will take my business some place else.
I had the best experience today at America's Best in Flower Mound! Exceptional customer service all the way from the guest sign-in, associates Catherine, David, Marie, Brenda, Bethany and Dr. Do. I got two pairs of glasses (one for fun and the other for my professional side) and contacts for less than what I expected. This place is amazing! I wish I had known about them sooner.
I got in and through the process very quickly. The team was professional and courteous. Wide selection of frames and very reasonably priced (compared to my previous provider). Very good experience.
