Teresa, one of the managers was very kind and helpful after I lost my glasses. She worked with me to get cost down to something I could afford and spent a lot of time with me on the phone and in the shop.
This location has gone way down hill! After 12 years of going here, I am done. This place has became a joke over the last couple of years!
Just love it here! All the ladies are so sweet, kind, and helpful. I had 3-4 helping me choose frames today, giving me their honest opinions and I never felt rushed. I actually feel I was treated exactly the way they would treat their own grandmothers They are so patient. Dr. Simone is wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about them all.

Surly customer service. Only go here because my husband can get two pairs for $69.99.
This place is frustrating and by the reviews on here I see this is reoccurring for them! I do not recommend this place to anyone!!! They don't have there records straight and then won't help you out when it was their mess up!! Very rude front desk lady.....
