I ordered two pair of frames and got the works on both pair!!! Not to mention because of covid i have to wait a month. Just for both of them not to be the right frames! I'd maybe go two stars if the employees acted like they even cared. Also the fact I spent cash here makes it worse!

Dr. Simone was wonderful! She explained everything that she was doing during our exams and she made sure we were comfortable. Very thorough. I’m also super impressed by how fast mine and my daughter’s glasses came in and the great service we received!! Larra helped me understand my insurance and was super patient with me choosing my glasses when I was in. Waited 30 mins after scheduled appointment time. Very cursory exam. Prescription ended up being wrong. Paid cash upfront but had to wait 10 days for a refund check. Fast food eye care.
Always nice and friendly and always trying to help save money
One of the best experiences for getting new glasses, friendly staff, the GM Ethan Gawith was really nice and super helpful, all highly recommended.
A friend recommended going here when I told her I needed my eyes tested and some new glasses. She told me about the deal for 2 pairs and the test so yeah, I made the appointment. They called me the day before to remind me...LOVE that! I get there and they (Sherry and Amanda) were friendly and attentive as soon as I stepped through the door. I waited all of 10 minutes to be seen and the testing was fast and efficient. Apparently when you purchase the extended warranty on a pair of glasses, it's only good one time. What's the point, that's not a warranty. If I had been informed of this I would of never purchased it.. I won't even go into the rude staff in this place.
