Absolute worst customer service. Spent at least 2 hours trying to reach them on the phone during business hours with no answer. Gave up and went into the store thinking they must have been swarmed with customers and there wasn't a single customer that I could see.
Love the service an my glasses appointment was on time just a wonderful experience
