The guy Aaron who gave me my exam was extremely rude. The only reason I stayed is because everywhere else was booked until mid September. He’d ask me if line 1 or 2 is better. I’d respond and he’d say “read em”. His whole demeanor was just unprofessional and I will never visit this store again. Aaron, if you can see this, you could benefit from an customer service class or two.

Dr Randolph is the best doctor ever. He cares about his patients and making sure they get what they need and not a lot of extras just for some money. We will be sad to see him go. However, we look forward to using his replacement. This is the best option for people who can't afford glasses or contacts. We have used them for over 20 years.
Gradually declining service that's never been more than decent. Feels more like a fast food joint at the front desk than a doctor's office. I'm finding a new place once my membership expires in October.
Worst service ever. I showed up to my appointment on time and they tell me I can't be seen because the doctor is leaving. They moved another person in front of me and refused to see me. I live in knob Noster and had to drive 1 hour and a half for nothing.
