Friendly and patient from the moment I walked in, Steve was very helpful and patient with me while finalizing my frame choices as I tend to be indecisive. Ahlam Chaudry O.D. was thourough in her explanation of my optical needs and further testing and referal process. Will use them in the future for sure.
Steve A. Was very helpful and curtious. Hasn't worked here too long but yet very knowledgeable and answers my questions. Also explained all about the cutting,of the lenses. I recommend Steve very highly
Who would have thought !! The staff was excellent, loved Amanda, eye exam and both Doctors were great, product is best in class and last but not least, this place understands SERVICE !!! NO NEED to spend stupid money at these other places around town. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone that asks !! Thank you to the Depew store and staff !!!
Absolutely amazing! Took care of our 4 year old perfectly so my husband and I went and they were completely professional and took their time with us trying to find the correct insurance (for some reason there were 3 listed under our names and only the last one was correct). We will be bringing all of our business to them in the future!
This staff is amazing in this store!! Love love love them!!!
Very dissapointed. Ordered wrong frames 3 times, and I have to come in more than three times a month to get them fixed or tightened. Next eye exam will be somewhere different, I won't ever work with America's best again.
