I am a first time eye glass wearer and wasn't quite sure what to expect. My wife and I went in there and were taken care of by Steve who was super friendly and knowledgeable about what would look good and what would work for me. We went through a ton of different glasses till we found what worked for me. I never felt rushed and felt like he took the time to answer any questions I had. Great employee and great first time experience with glasses!
Frames break for no reason at all and they won't fix them unless you buy another frame. I bought the insurance to avoid this issue. But it's one and done which I asked specifically at the appointment if if it would work for multiple claims due to a toddler I was lied to! Will never go back. Recommence to find a better place to buy glasses
Ray Hurst was very professional shows a sense of concern for the customer and was very knowledgeable. � I would definitely come back whenever i need a new glasses �
Steve was fantastic! He took the time to make sure that the glasses for myself and my son were the right size and perfect for us. His patience and knowledge definitely show through in his interactions with his customers. Very happy to have him looking out for our eyes!! Thanks again.
