My dad passed away and I failed to order my contacts in time, I called them and was told that my prescription had expired by 2 weeks and they refused to let me order any.I have been s faithful customer for years, so disappointed, I feel like it is just a money racket, wouldn't have hurt to get me a box until I could make an appointment I will carry my business elsewhere if they don't want my business.
There is a pre exam and then another exam. Went with my elderly not so steady hubby. We did not know there were two exams. When conducted to the second exam by want appeared to be a very elderly unfriendly dr, I inquired why we were having two exams. He said this is the exam. I said again I did not understand why two. if you agree to the free eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses for $69.99 and get the contact exam also...don't do the contact exam. I was charged $89 for the contact exam plus the $69.99 deal. Total $164.00. I don't buy my contacts with them cause they are expensive. it's cheaper online. They should inform you of the total cost of these 2 exams prior to you committing to it.

I’m still here and it’s been 2 1/2 hrs. People came after me and are already gone. The person who was helping me literally stopped every 5 mins to answer the phone or “help” others. Insurance was filled out wrong so I had to wait on that. This experience was VERY unprofessional. It’s best to finish the customer you’re working on before hopping to the next. Especially if they’ve been here that long. I’ve been to other branches and this one takes the cake at being the worst. Literally not exaggerating!
I had no problem with the staff however my complaint is the same. If you don't get 2 pair you pay 45.00 for the exam. There is another 15.00 test you have to agree to take which checks all the other parts of you eyes. If you need bifocals which I did the price jumps immediately. Lined ones which you can see terribly is 99.00 extra. the 2nd option for invisible they don't recommend because people can't see and bring them back.
