Upon arrival, the lady that greeted us was super welcoming and that is where it all went down. The lady that performed the eye exam had zero to no personality. At one point she hit my nose with one of the equipment used, never apologized. Once I saw the doctor that did not go any better, was part of the hiring process not to have a personality or be friendly. This place is absolutely awesome! All the staff in the check in area are super friendly and Dr. David kairys is the best of the best!
I will never go back to this place again. I made appointments twice and the eye doctor cancelled at the last minute for both appointments. This was a complete waste of my time and missed work because of their lack of communication. I can't believe a company of this size can't have more than one eye doctor at each location, or a back up doctor, or at least let their customers know ahead of time that their appointments are cancelled. This is just bad business.
I recommend this revenue to everyone because has a awesome selection of glasses and many great designer names. Also accepts many insurance types and has some great deals as well. Everyone here is so nice and pleasant and the optometrist is great and they get you in and out with quick but very efficient service I rate this place %
The staff here is PHENOMENAL. I’ve been with americas best for years & this location is by far THE best. From Tori the receptionist, to Ashley who does exams for her clients, & to Doctor H! Bought a pair of glasses about a month and a half ago. The glasses broke and clearly a defect. Would not warranty them. They told me that I would need to buy a new frame for $120 and they can transfer the lenses. Went over to Walmart and bought a completely new pair with a year warranty for $52. Never will go back.
