I wish I would've read the reviews before going here AND spending the extra money on their little eye club. I was told before my son's first appointment that he would have his I&R class done the same day. The doctor very rudely said "Oh no you have to come back for that".. The girl that scheduled my next appointment was probably the only nice one there and I failed to catch her name. I rate them a 3 because everyone was nice but the lady doctor that came in didn't even tell me her name, she never told me what my eye vision is, I had to ask multiple times. She said your okay....hmmm. No eye insurance..So I now go wait to see the girl that tries to sell you glasses I was honest right upfront and said I'm on a budget I am here for the special. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NEVER GO BACK AND NEVER REFER ANYONE
Bought two pairs of glasses in 2012. The first pair I wore until I could no longer see out of them due to the permanent smudges that my $120 EACH lenses had on them. I've been wearing the second pair now for the last year and a half, and I have the same problem again. The quality is not good at all. Honestly, I'm pissed I spent nearly $500 for two pairs of subpar, crappy quality glasses. Dr. Neveux was truly very sweet and the staff we're all very attentive and courteous. They went beyond and above even in helping me out in chosing my frames.
I went here to get the two pair for $69 deal. Lo and behold, my glasses will be ready for pickup in a week and my bill is $322 for the two pair. I was okay with it until I started wearing them. I should have kept picking up the readers off the store shelf for twenty bucks. Even better idea, I could have picked up some real cheapies from Dollar Tree over 300 times and been much happier.
