Just NO! Three years here because I bought the eye exam plan. Last exam today and I am so gone. Always a bad experience with everyone and everything, except Dr. Kim. I don't know why he is still here!
Recommendedjust left from there. this is my second time to the Atlantic Boulevard location. I really like the doctor. He got a piece of metal out of my eye and I'm feeling much better. from start to finish no complaints. Will definitely be back
The times I’ve gone the doctors have been wonderful but when checking out the so called “customer service” has a very disrespectful arrogant attitude. As having worked in customer service for years I know this woman has no home training on how to treat others.
The doctors are fantastic but the help is awful with an incredibly nasty disposition and condescending attitude specially from one individual at this location that gives me attitude every time we go there.
By not having you wait round for 40 minutes and not being waited on.
I am a long time eyeglass wearer. I was researching vision companies and after reading the reviews on Google, I went here for the first time July 30. I was very impressed with the service, the staff and Dr. Kim! He decided to dilate my eyes and I felt I was given a very thorough exam. I am very happy with the service and I will continue to use this location.
