Add appointment at 10:30 did my paperwork they sell at 10:35 the diagram is excellent the stuff is all good
We we're least 45 min early n saw me soon after papper work filled out so far happy well c how the glasses work on the 11th

Eye exam easy to schedule, quick, and efficient. Customer service ended after I paid in advance for two single lens glasses (their specialty???). More than a week after promised delivery, three calls by me, a false notification from them, and an in-person store visit, I STILL do not have my glasses, and no one seems to be checking on where they are or when they'll arrive. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Always an Awesome customer service experience! I have referred several people here who have been happy with the service and products. Each and every staff member is professional, pleasant and aim to please, taking time to assist you with your optical needs; you're not just a customer, they care, I feel like a friend. Thank you to every staff member, Elizabeth, Fabiola just to name a few and Dr. Velasco for the great quality and attention my eyes have received.
