Very unhappy with my glasses! Me and my girlfriend went in back in March and got four pairs of glasses. They are uncomfortable and just very low quality. Better off paying a little bit more and getting something that lasts. We will not be going back I do not recommend

I cannot say thank you enough. In the middle of all that is going on in the world today, America’s Best really came through. My son’s glasses broke and he really needs them. I called today, she looked up his file and had us come on down. She came out to the car, picked up his broken glasses and within a few minutes was back out with a new pair with his lenses so he can see until his replacements are in. Thank you! I’ve been a client of America’s Best for almost 2 decades and I can honestly say, you really are the best!
Well if you are not white you get treated bad
Doctor Josie Velasco is great. She was able to calm my 9 yr daughter down to do exam and dilation. Brian is a sweetheart. He was so kind and made my daughter feel so comfy through the whole buying process. Left there feeling like part of a family who cares for their customers. Will be coming back for rest of the family's exams.

Going to get new glasses is in the same boat as seeing the dentist for me, but America’s Best in Altamonte Springs makes it as easy as possible. The store manager Elizabeth takes great care of me and is the reason I continue to use America’s Best. The eye test is a chore for me and trying to get through all the choices and frames, then all the add on’s I need makes for a dreaded visit, but honestly Elizabeth and her team walk me through it with kid gloves and I come out smiling. Last week I was first time at America's Best. Everyonr was very friendly but Ms.Elysabeth was special. She treated me very nice and patient when I couldn't decide which glasses I want. She helped me find the perfect ones. Also she helped me with price and all discounts. She is amazing. I remeber also that they were short one person but she did what she could to help everyone. �
