The young man who took care of me was both a great salesman with passion for his job, and a very good off topic conversationalist.
Appointment went good. Happy that I went because I need glasses on a everyday basis
Making the appointment was easy and the employees at the store were very friendly, helpful and courteous. The Dr. was blunt, monotone and seemed annoyed (which is the complete opposite of what the other employees are) but he is very good at what he does! Will def recommend this place to family and friends!
Great customer Service. Everyone was extremely helpful
The absolute worst customer service. An employee made a mistake entering some data and screwed me out of warranting my lenses. The stood there and were just short of calling me a liar. They not only lost me as a customer but my wife as well. I will never purchase anything from America's Worst Contacts and Glasses.
