I’m part of there eye care club and I’m due for a eye exam so I can order new contacts and I have tried to get a appointment since before the virus and every time they call me and cancel . Then I asked the lady for a new appointment and she told me they are all booked up ...... all booked up till when ? Forever . Hopefully I can keep my next appointment get my contacts then never do business with them again . Horrible

RecommendedI was very happy with the service at the America's Best Marrero store. Alan Fertel, O.D. is the best eye doctor I have ever had. He really cared about me as a person more than just a customer. This was my second time going to this store and I was happy with Fertel and the store the first time but I didn't post. I don’t understand any of the bad reviews because I read them and still decided to go and I’m so glad that I did. Whatever was lacking they definitely must have fixed it because I had a wonderful experience. The doctors were extremely nice and the staff was very helpful I will definitely continue to go here from now on. I got a much better deal here than my last eye doctor as well. STRONGLY recommend
I just left from there for an appointment for my daughter for 4:10 today. I get there and tell me I cancelled my appointment, after the fact they were trying to tell me I didn't make an appointment. I even got the confirmation call yesterday. Well never been till today and will never ever be back. Extremely poor service and customer service. Was gonna come back with my wife to get glasses but not now. Apparently somebody there don't know how to do their job!!
Thank you americas best for my new ray bans !! Got them within 2 days since order days ��. Highly recommend them .
Staff was super friendly Thats what i loved. But for the last 2 years i go for the 69.99 and when im ready to pay 400$ total. . yesterday i told them no i want the $ 69.99. Still payed 200$ . for 2 pair of $59.99 and tint added such a shame this my last visit for sure.
