Good Experience Overall. Not Pushy and Good Deal on The Glasses
Friendly and helpful staff - Not sure how this place has bad service reviews... I went in twice; once on a busy Saturday and again on a slow Tuesday morning. Both times every staff member that I encountered was kind, personable and eager to help! Dr. Draper (if I remember correctly) was quiet but nice and professional. The whole process was quick, which I appreciate, but not once did I feel like they were rushing me. Good experience overall as a first time contact wearer!
Dr was very rude , not welcoming at all, and definitely not kid friendly! I definitely do not recommend this place at least not this location with that Doctor . But the rest of the staff was nice and helpful!
The service was excellent. Product is good quality. I had to take mine back and was so scared that the glasses were wrong. A few adjustments later and Marlene had me out the door with a smile! Thanks!!!
Very nice and friendly. They were also fast. Will recommend.
