Recommendeddr and technician were very friendly but front desk girl and eyeglass girl were very unhelpful. When I made the appointment I asked if they took my insurance. I was told YES! When I arrived I asked again, and was told YES! After seeing the doctor and shopping for glasses, I was told I don't have coverage for their place. I was going to either have to pay for the doctor visit plus $15 retna scan or buy two pair of glasses for $69 and get doctor visit free plus$15 retna scan. So now I am out $84.00 that should have come out of... read more

the free exam and 40% off sale was great! My daughter was able to get the glasses she needed for a small amount. The customer service was excellent
They were GREAT!! Very engaging staff, the doctor was very kind and did a thorough exam ... fun selection of glasses ... contacts in and out the door I went ... very satisfied with my last minute visit!!
I was in and out without wasting any time. A wide selection of frames too🤓
We have lived here over a year and our daughter has been here 2 times for contacts and glasses. We love the staff! We are in and out of there without long waits or outrageous bills. They were very patient with her last year when she was a first time contact wearer and it took over an hour for her to get the contacts in. All 3 of us in my family use them for all of our glasses and contact needs.
Very friendly and helpful! You don't find that much these days!
