Will not be going back. The eye doctors completely got my prescription wrong for my glasses and contacts and wanted to charge me for another full exam after only having one 3 months ago. Doctor screwed up i will never go back there again. Please do better
They donot take care of what I come in for.👎I will not be back
There was a mixed up with my glasses. But when I say the manager Sybil at the store did everything in her power to ensure the issue was resolved. All I had to do was sit back n relax.. the manager Sybil did all the work n i greatly appreciate everything they have done for me. Also I got two beautiful pair of new glasses n i also wear there contact lense. They have reasonable prices n they back their customers 100%. I will recommend America's Best to any and everyone.
I only went becacuse my twin sister referred me. It was ok at frist everything went fine i pick out my glasses and paid from them. But when i was checking out they guy had all of my information under my sister name i mean everything even when i paid it was under her name. So they had to go back in under her name and cancel everything and refund me my money. Guess I'll go somewhere else
First off had to pay an extra amount to get the dilation done for your eyes which is okay I had diabetes but then was told they had to order my contacts when I called to see if they were in today the lady proceeds to tell me yea they were in but we gave them to someone else and will have to reorder yours ... who the heck does that.. I AM VERY FRUSTRATED about the whole thing cause I feel like as soon as they came in that day I should have been called if not the next morning.... Poor Customer Service!!
