I am so furious. I had my appointment over 2 months ago. I have called a few times to check the status of my trial lenses and have been told that I would be contacted as soon as they arrive. I tore my last one today and called, well not only were they not in, but they hadn't ever been ordered. Seriously? How does this go missed every time I have contacted them? Now I cant drive, or work. I am so upset!
