if you have normal eyes and aren't older where you need bifocals or have an eye condition or anything that needs special attention, then go for it. otherwise, read the very fine print because it will tell you what extra amount you will pay. also watch what frames you get. they're priced low to high. And mostly, have the eye exam. Some change drastically while others are normal. Not sure what normal is, but you will get screwed by not reading their fine print. And be sure you ask about their warranty and get it all documented... read more
The fact that I was double-charged, I asked the girl about it when I was here she said Oh no you're only getting charged once. Tonight an auditor called me and told me that I was double-charged. I said I work ten-hour days and I really didn't want to come in, she said she understood. She said I can even come in at five minutes to 7 when we close,it would be taken care of. I get here and the girl says there is only one man that can help you and he's pretty busy, maybe you want to come back another time. You have got to be kid... read more
Accidentally broke my eyeglass frame while trying to tighten the arms. Replaced with a pair of orange and black frames. Not my choice at my age. Would replace with my style frames as I would have to pay for lenses. I wear bifocals so not inexpensive to replace. Not happy have medical bills since I am currently fighting cancer. Will not do anything else for me. You have just lost a customer.

This was my first visit here, and my husbands second visit. The optometrist is very nice and informative. I have never had to have any vision corrected until now. I ordered 2 pairs of single vision lenses and my husband ordered one pair of glasses and one pair he opted for sunglasses. We paid for scratch protection and the extra eye exam charge of $15 to check for other eye issues. After all of this we got out of there in about an hour and around $200! You can't even get ONE pair and an exam for that at most places. Thank yo... read more

I get out of there for about 150$ for 2 pair of single vision plastic lenses. I do add the glare and scratch packages, and most recently ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses (AMAZING INVESTMENT). If I still wore contacts, I'd use their "club" because usually I'm in and out without a problem and there are 2 locations by my home.
I rarely write negative reviews unless necessary for the business to read in order to improve. This location is convenient, and the doctor is amazing, but the total time of my appointment and check-out took an hour and 40 minutes. I was not greeted with much of a smile. After my exam I was not told where to wait. The receptionist seemed to have a grumpy face. They were unapologetic, and I was not thanked for my patience.
