I recently went to America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses to get my kids yearly eye exam and it was the worst experience I've ever had with any so called eye care professionals. The Service was very poor and extremely slow. First off when I called to schedule the appointment they never told me you had to specify if you needed dilation exam! Was told that when I got there to fill out paperwork, the tech that called my kids back was very rude and looking at me like I didn’t understand wtf she was saying! Everyone at this location is so friendly!! The prices are amazing. I would highly recommend anyone that needs glasses or contacts should stop by and see these friendly people. Thank you for helping me see 👓
I went in just to get glasses. I was greeted immediately. Staff was polite. Can't wait to get my glasses. Prices was the primary reason I went there.
Had a good experience with probably the friendliest costumer service I've ever had. wide selection of affordable glasses.
I Have been going there for years and I love it. Angie has been taking care of me and always providing great customer service. I went in today and as always she went above and beyond to take care of me. Bryson also helped me get my glasses taken care of, he did a great job made sure everything worked for me and was super friendly. Love this location definitely recommend it, go see Angie or Bryson!
