Not a fan! I ordered 2 pair of glasses and was advised it would take 7-10 days to get them. I called multiple times and each time was given another excuse. It has now been a month and I have 1 pair that are not quite right and the other pair has "shipped" and will be here in 8-10 days. I have never been contacted by this location, I have always had to call them. After I get my 2nd pair of glasses that I paid dearly for, I will not be back.
This location is very rude and unprofessional. My appointment was cancelled and no one called me to inform me. The receptionist informed me the Dr. "just went to lunch and there wasn't anything she can do about it". I drove an hr to get there and was told "sorry, i can't stop someone from taking a lunch break".
Staff was great, loved the selection of glasses. We have vision ins, but I noticed they have great offer w/out ins....
I love the staff at this location. The selection is awesome and the prices are amazing.
We met Susan she was a HOOT! She was knowledgeable and fun! Made our experience there enjoyable. The Doctor was great! Prices were reasonable
