So I just called to find out the status of my prescription. I spoke with Analise, she answered the phone like a pro very professional. I then asked her, " I would like to know the status of glasses," she didn't understand so I repeated "Could you tell the status of my eye glasses. I was hoping they're in because we are coming up on a long labor day weekend." Immediately her tone of voice changed, and because snippy and short as if I did something wrong. "What's your number." Long story short they have terrible frames and terrible customer service. I will definitely never go back.
Super helpful and nice! Getting my very first pair and they eased all anxiety. Definitely looking forward to going back next year.
Went yesterday and got 2 pairs, one was 59.99 and the other was 69.99..together, 99.99, as advertised. Well, the 69.99 pair was a discontinued Donald Trump metal frame with the bottom of the frame open...so, it required "special" lenses and the lenses to be polished at the bottom...so, with these Trump frames, both glasses ended up costing 199.99, instead of 99.99, as advertised! Needless to say, I am not going to be back! America's Best...RIP OFF!
