Been. Back on forth for follow ups with no resolution sent me home with trials didn't even have me put them in before I left and it's has been the biggest nightmare I've ever had!

My husband's & I first time there yesterday. It was great..Didn't have to wait but just a few minutes, the people are friendly an respectful. Answered every ? We had to ask. Yes We will be back
Just went back for my follow up appointment and told the doctor the troubles I was having seeing out of my one eye. I knew it was odd but the doctor did everything she could to find the right contact for for my one Google eye. She didn't seem annoyed or rushed and spent as much time as I needed to feel comfortable and like I could see. I can now see better than I ever have before and I'm so excited! Thanks!!
this was our first time there and I was more than pleased with the service,very friendly and the eye doctor was more than helpful answering any questions that I had, good selection of frames.my wife and I will come back again.
This is not the first time I was told one thing on the phone and another in person. This was however the first time I was told I was lying when I repeated what I was told on the phone. Between only two apts I was mistreated a number of times. I do not care for the customer service here between both doctors as well as staff. I will not be back, and I would not recommend to anyone.
