It's been well over an hour since I left and I'm still upset about the treatment I received by the doctor at the Westgate location. I have never been treated so poorly. Everything that came out of her mouth was nothing but condescending, like I was moronic. Highly rude, so unprofessional. On top of that she continued to look me up and down while I'm trying to explain my issues, which made me feel judged and extremely uncomfortable. Would not recommend this location!

I got glasses for myself and my kids in December 2018. In February 2019 I received another bill for 50.00 because someone supposedly didn’t bill me correctly 2 months prior! Are you kidding me !! Whose fault is that ?!!!! I paid everything up front when out glasses and contacts were ordered. I called to discuss this bill and was told basically yes someone didn’t properly bill me bit too bad. America's Best (worst) ran my insurance wrong so I had to pay out of pocket. After talking to HR at the company I worked for, I get instructions for America's worst to do. I drive back, only for the 1st person I talk to to not give me the time to listen or understand before dumping it on the 2nd person who with the worst attitude (should be working in a back room by herself) says I have to do it.
