I called on a Saturday afternoon to ask if my daughter could be brought in for an exam for contact lenses. The lady who answered the phone said they were fully booked but I could bring her in as a walk-in and she could be seen in between patients. So I drive 45 minutes to get there only to be told that she could not be seen because it was the first time she would be having the exam done. Totally unorganized, the only person actually working is the front desk girl. Looks like everyone is training and nobody knows how to actually do the job. I've been here 2 hours and still no service. Update, turns out they were short staffed that day due to the weather. Okay, totally understandable. Hopefully, my glasses will be ready soon. It's a good place to spend less if you're willing to wait (for $70 for two pairs of glasses and the exam) I waited. But efficiency is not a priority here.
I had a great experience here. The staff was friendly, and my appt was so fast! The Doctor was very nice and seems honest. Honestly the best part was I was done in about an hour. I got glasses and trial contacts that I love. Absolutely a great experience. Very pleased as a new patient and I will be coming back. Thank y'all. Also: reading some of the other reviews, I personally find their complaints and expectations a little far fetched.
