Everything was good. Doctor was very friendly. They did tell me that my glasses would take 2-3 weeks. The only bad thing is that i did come in at 12:30 for my 12:40 appointment. They stuck in the back and forgot i was there for about 35 min. LOL They did apologize alot.
the sign says 2 for 69 they charged us 138 dollars my wife's bill was $168 trying to charge her over 300 we went in at the same time and we were in the doctor's office together we were in the lobby together but in the waiting room we have to sit 6 feet apart from each other which I thought was stupid now I'm wondering if we need bunk beds that made me really mad but the doctor was really great
Ridiculous!!! The worst customer service ever for some cheap frames and lenses!! Took me two months to get my glasses and I had to call to look for them every SINGLE day!
the staff there are friendly and very patient. took the time to get my insurance claim right before filing. Dr. Vielma is so kind!

Wasnt very happy with this place the customer service was good and the doctor also.. The problem I had was with the time it took to get the glasses and when we ordered them they didn't even fit his face for glasses. Now I'm stuck with a pair of glasses that don't fit his face correctly and he can't see out of them like the other pair.. His favorite pair then lens keeps popping out. They will not replace the unliked pair without me having to pay half the price of the new frame. I don't think that is right for someone to pay m... read more
