Terrible. I waited for almost a half hour after my scheduled appointment time before I was even seen for the pre-tests, and people who came after me were seen first. Things only got worse from there. Jordan, an associate helped me out (and she was very nice) however, she did something wrong with my insurance and I was overcharged, which I didn’t know until I got my EOB from my insurance. Tried to sell me things I didn’t need. One location gave my mom one price and me another. They were going to charge me more for single lenses than my moms bifocal lenses. Then when my mom got her glasses, they gave her the wrong prescription TWICE! Never ever going back
It is great the eyes' testing and the doctor's work. I just would like to recommend to be careful when having clients choosing glasses. I was yield by a person to move over when I was helping my child to get the appropriate glasses as doctor recommended.
