This is our 3rd year coming to America’s Best. Absolutely love the price and service. Kristee was amazing! Was very thorough and even showed my daughter pictures and explained what she was looking at.
Cynthia made sure I got the best deal and also made sure that I understood my insurance coverage.
Absolutely will never return. I made an appointment online for my son after seeing they offer children glasses. I get there for his appointment to be told that they do not see children under the age of 7. There website has you check a box if you are under or over the age of 70 so that your appointment is given the right amount of time, NOT that you won't be seen. ZERO STARS My eyeglass and contact prescription is never right i put my contacts in and couldn’t even read the print on the solution box with out my glasses on I told them and the only response I got was well I guess you can wear readers. Defeating the purpose. Employees have bad attitudes Want be returning not worth my time or my patience
When i first came i thought it was great, i was in and out. Came back to fill my contact order as instructed and have waited over an hour and still waiting. They really need to work on the prioritizing of customers. My issue should only take a couple minutes to address verses everyone else getting fitting for glasses and contacts.
Great prices and service.
Don't ever go to this place. The prices may be good, but they have about 10 people working and only 2 helping customers with their choices. What happened to customer service in this country. I Think I will continue to pay a little more and use Luck Optical. At least they have more people actually helping people.
