They are so stuck on following COVID rules except when you are waiting to come in. Whoever comes in the door just go stand wherever you want and you’re next in Line! No excuse for being rude now, they aren’t busy.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Definitely will not be back or recommend to anybody. The assistant told the doctor "sorry in advance" and laughed as she handed my stepfathers file to the doctor. It was clear that she was referring to my stepfather, and she said it where everyone heard. My stepfather has Parkinson's disease and has undergone multiple brain surgeries. So yes, he does have issues, but he is still coherent and understands everything....after we brought it to their attention that we heard them loud and clear. ... read more
Worst lenses I ever had, poor quality. 6-9 months old and no resolution bc I didn't get extended warranty. Out of luck, never again. When you pau$250-350, you should get better.
The staff was friendly and prices are great! Big huge thanks to LaToya for helping me pick my frames when my eyes were dilated ... what a gem she is! I will be going back soon for more!😎🤓
The receptionist was super nice. The lady that did my pre exam was pretty nice but the actual optometrist, while cordial, didn't seem very open. Even the last lady that took my payment made me uncomfortable. I had an appointment and it was still over an hour long from start to finish. I even arrived early. I only went here because my insurance covered it but it was just as expensive as if I went to one of my more preferred places without insurance. I don't think I'll be back in the future.
