I can’t believe how rude customer service is.

I went for an eye exam in March. Got both pair in 7-8 days and noticed that I really couldn't see that well and was getting bad headaches from 1 pair. I called and was told that "it takes time for your eyes to adjust". I was told this for 2 months. I was told to bring the glasses in so they could check the glasses against the prescription, this happened 3 times. I then called my insurance company and they arranged for another exam at Americas Best. I was given the wrong prescription. They sent the prescription in on May 14th... read more
Great customer service and friendly staff, I would definitely recommend
This place is a joke I only came here because I was waiting for my insurance to kick in. My eye exam was literally only 10mins and the staff is rude ! The location in Arvada is way better !!
They really helped me fixed my broken glasses, got in contact with my insurance for me, Christina from the Northglenn office was great!!
Every time I go in here...it's SOMETHING. I even tried to call ahead before picking up contacts & told them I had had bad experiences prior.. "Sure, they'll be wiating at the door for you." Get there...and they're not even in stock. Always takes 3 & 4 people (with 3 & 4 stories) getting involved to get something done. The "General Manager" does make an attempt to correct things...but his people should be better trained so there's not any problems in the first place.
