RecommendedFrom the minute we arrived for our family of three exams as ordering glass we had A+ service. Dr. Mujeeb was very informative and gave us lots of good education and had a great sense of humor. Then Mariah took a lot of time with us to pick out glasses and find the best price for our budget! From start to finish I had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.
THE FUCKING WORST PLACE TO GET EYE HEALTH CARE. SO FUCKING BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE QUALITY FROM THEIR EXAM IS VERY POOR. AND ALSO THEY STEAL MONEY FROM YOUR INSURANCE AND YOUR POCKET AS WELL “0” SO upcoming Customer “BE AWARE OF THIS”
Now i see why the shitty ratings! Do not bring your child here if they have Autism, anxiety or any kind of issue. The female dr doesnt have the patience and dismissed him without him even being in the chair for 2 min. The GM even admitted to it not being his age but most likely the autism. He made it through the pre test so clearly it is a dr issue. Very poor customer service. Not kids friendly. Shame on you.
Have been sitting at the glasses pick up chair for 5 minutes with 4 employees around and no one has greeted me nor asked if they could help me. Saturday June 17th around 11:50am.
Great staff. Maria helped me so much. Nicest staff I have ever met. !!!!!!!!!!
