RecommendedAbsolutely love my new glasses! Bebe frames. Progressive lenses with Digivue elite polycarbonate transition and premium anti reflection. Thank you to the staff at America's Best (Osceola Parkway) for making this go round a pleasure! Pleasant, knowledgeable staff and had them before the 2 weeks I was originally told.

Rude employees. If you are a few minutes late they will not see you no matter if you drove from far away, got stuck in traffic and the address they provide doesn’t take you directly to them when put on the gps. An employee started talking Spanish to the girl in the front to make sure she told me that they couldn’t take me. Should be called America’s WORST!
Go somewhere else. Not only did it take two hours to finish my appointment when I had an appointment time scheduled but I went for a contact exam and the doctor ended up writing the script for glasses. I have glasses I needed contacts.
They ripped you off. My daughter went today to get free eye exam 2 pairs for 69.95 guess what she didn’t like the frames she end up getting 2 for 104.00 what they don’t tell you is the cost of the lenses,she end up paying 195.00 one that she can use and the other one useless. Never coming back
Everyone was very pleasant n literally made the time go so smoothly that I didn’t realize I was there that long From signing in to pre check to seeing doctor n then picking n ordering glasses
